I received this product and tested it out to see if it works. I connected the power strip to a plug in transformer, will not work no matter what I do

Mine have always worked. I assume you turned the built-in switch on, right?

I purchased this and received it - it doesn't have the u-shaped connectors that connect to the transformer - how does this connect to the transformer?

Hello, We have sent you a message. The u-shaped connector is on the wire that connects to the long power strip. I hope this helps.

Does this system work with the miniature lighting company lights that i bought here on amazon ?

As long as it has the same plugs it should work

can i use this to light leds. i want to use single leds at various locations in the nativity scene with a central on off point

Hello, yes you can you'll also need a transformer plug though.
