Adorable cape for Halloween!
The cape is quite cute! The cape is quite lightweight, more than I had figured, but it does still work well. The spines of the dragon stand up nicely! There is a lightweight tie at the neck to hold the hood on. The cape "flows" nicely! It was perfect for our little Halloweener!

This cape is really cute but it’s very thin material and very see through, definitely not worth the price I paid. This is at most a $7 item.

Very cheaply made. Fabric is cheap, ends are cut not sewn. No package information. Won’t last long with kids. Sure it will be tossed in garbage by end of day.
