Works perfectly in a new walk in wardrobe

A bit stiff
Purchased for my partner in a wheelchair. Works for him but it is VERY tough to pull down, even after trying a bit of oil. Works but needs some strength.

Not strong enough and not as described
This adjustable hanging lift clothes wardrobe hanger has a huge deformation after placing my clothes. The loading capacity is clearly not 20kg as described, but no more than 10kg as per installation instruction.I am not happy with my hanger as it might collapse in future.
