Really good riced cauliflower. Shelf stable and easy to use. Great flavor. Sometimes I just eat it with butter, and Nature's Seasoning.

My husband has type 2 diabetes. We are always on the lookout for healthy, low carb alternatives. This riced cauliflower fits the bill. We use it as a rice substitute in several recipes. We also use it as a substitute for hash browns. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a little pricey (you can’t put a price on good health, right.😉) Otherwise, 5 stars all the way!

This was so good and potions were plenty!

I first purchased this item at a local store to try. It was good, convenient healthy and cost effective. The color was white and a good consistency. I decided to order a box and this was going to be a staple food for me as I have extensive dietary restrictions. I opened the bag and it was beige, mushy with brown specs throughout. I became skeeved and notified Amazon. I held another pack up to the light and noticed the brown specs through the package. Totally not what I expected.

Everything about this product is fantastic.

Not a fan of the flavor but cannot expect cauliflower to not taste like cauliflower. I had previously purchased a similar product that I can no longer find, and it had a better flavor. It is something I will use again but need to learn a different way to use it. I was surprised at the higher cost.

This cauli rice is fantastic, and is great for when we are camping or at home. I wish it were easier to find pouched cauliflower rice like this in stores, since it is often sold out online. Tastes great, cooks up great.
