Poor quality, smoke hole off-center
Not great, poor design, smoke hole is off center so the cone doesn't sit over it. Incense cones are cheap and smell awful.

the effect was nice but the second cone i burned smelt awful

Smoke staining.
I like the smells, but the smoke does not last long and the bottom layer drifts the smoke outside the burner, staining the surface it is placed on. The little mat supplied is not sufficient. I was considering to give as presents, but because of the overflow, I don't think that would be ideal.

We struggled to get the waterfall effect to work properly. Incense smells good though.

Horrible scent
Scent is not nice. Makes whole house smell like bonfire. Not calming or nice at all.

Incense cones supplied are terrible, just smell like wood burning
Don't buy cheap ..May be the more expensive units come supplied with stronger smelling incense cones.
