The chutney is good- sweet, spicy... goes on everything. The packaging was so thorough that this jar of chutney could have survived low-Earth orbit re-entry and landing (without parachute). Seriously- The packager missed her/his calling as an aerospace engineer. Multiple layers of bubble wrap and a complete outer skin made of heavy-duty packing tape. I felt kinda bad about unwrapping it! I guess they read the comments about unsealed jars and sent their packager off to an internship at Space-X or somewhere.

My Personal Opinion: Rani Sweet Mango Chutney is Brilliant, with excellent Taste, Quality and Consistency. Plus, it is an exceptional value. BUY IT. MANY quality mango chutneys are commercially available. And the Home Chef has access to thousands of recipies.
