The flow did end up being more than the original impeller, as strong or stronger than my 400 gph aqueon quiet flow 75 on the same tank. Threw some filter pad material in the top of the filter to quiet up the sloshing and its great, maybe even better than the original. Very timely, strongly recommend this seller.

Didnt work
Purchased this hoping to solve the noise issues....it was just as bad. Money wasted. I will just have to purchase a complete new filter
