Verticle surfaces require very thin coats or it will run. That being said I am pleased with the results. I used multiple layers on the roof of a cargo trailer that I built a cover for out of plywood. I use the trailer for fall hunting trips and have had problems with minor water leaks in the past. After using the Flex seal I have what I believe will be a completely waterproof roof and should stay dry this year and in the future.
