M-EdgeInternational Surface 3 Sneak Power Charging Folio Case (MS3-SKP-LB-B)

The battery in this case takes hours to fully charge. But, will only add about 10% to the battery life of the surface 3. The item was also cracked and cheaply made.

Update 8/31/2016: I sent this in to M-Edge customer service thinking nothing else but that they may be able to look into the seller or investigate some other venue to figure out why this cases charger didn't work. I got one heck of a surprise. They responded and wanted to know more about the type of battery and how I was charging the case saying that they may need to send a replacement battery to me (this floored me, I have sent in other issues to customer service centers before to never hear from them again. The fact that they even respond was a win in my book). Not only did they respond, but after sending in a few pictures of the issue, they asked for my address so that they could send me a brand new case. No questions asked, just that they were sorry for the issue, where can we send the new case? Every company has defects in their products, cars/computers/toasters. I don't judge them solely on the product and the issue, but how they handle the issue and treat their customers. I can say without a doubt, this was one of the best customer service experiences of my life and that they have a customer going forward (I mean, as long as the next couple of things I buy don't do the same thing, just saying).I bought this and was preparing for a plane ride so I charged it over night. Tried using on the plane and the battery held no charge. Went through several iterations of troubling shooting with different charging cables, outlets and outlet adapters. Bottom line is that the battery that came with this case would not hold a charge. Love the case, but complete waste because the main reason I purchased was for the built in battery.

I bought this along with a Surface 3.The battery didn't charge after the first use. I wrote the company to no avail and when Microsoft was contacted they were no help either. THIS COMPANY WILL IGNORE YOU IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS PRODUCT LIKE THEY DON'T KNOW IT'S JUNK. Ignore it it will go away? No I will put my peep's to work bashing you on all forms of social media. This is first next isnFB and Twitter Followed by a BBB complaint. Have a day M-edge . I gave you a chance and you ignored me.
