Tried it out once, standing in the shower in case of leaks, with the long end of the funnel to the back. The funnel insert fit snugly, and there was no leaking. The screw top cap assures a tight closure if the urinal can't be emptied right away.

Like it very much. Just needs to have the screw lid attached to the urinal somehow and the female attachment hooked to the jar somehow.

I was bedridden for 2 weeks and couldn’t get to the bathroom. I used one of these in the hospital and was floored how well it worked. I didn’t use the funnel piece there but tried to attach it on the one I bought but was unsuccessful. It just does not fit. Thankfully, I didn’t actually need it to use it because I couldn’t raise myself up that high. I had a towel under me to catch any “spills” but generally the towel remained dry.

Could not use it the angle of the spot was not all right and it kept falling off I got tired of trying so I threw it in the trash

The idea that a women's urinal would be perfect for long car trips excited me. I wasn't as pleased as I thought I would be. You can make it work if you take your time. The are not for older women who may have urgencies.

It is easy to use and keeps liquids in.

If you're using the attachment, just be sure it's inserted snugly and use with care so you don't dislodge it. Love that this one has a screw top, though I store it standing up just in case.

I wanted this for camping so I don't have to walk all the way to a bathroom when I have to pee in the middle of the night. I have bad hips and unable to squat outside, lol. I read a few reviews that said the plastic cup attachment used for women did not fit inside the bottle so I almost didn't buy it. The cup does fit inside and works perfectly. I had also read in reviews it doesn't work well sitting or lying down for females, I used it standing up and it worked as it is meant to work.
