Pictured, I put these in my cheeks. I’d agree that they are a little sharp, but similarly feeling to externally threaded jewelry. They feel comfortable once in the cheek and do not hurt. The ring that holds the retainer in place is so easy to lose and not very sturdy staying in place. Wore them overnight and they stayed in place. Worn them throughout the day and they were fine. I can see myself using these to dental visits or days that I want to conceal my cheek piercings. Would say they’re great for temporary use, but not sure of long term use since I haven’t worn them for more than 2 days at a time.

I don't think these are for long wear. I had 1 in less than 2 weeks. Wanted to wear something nonmetal for awhile. Pulled completely through my tongue multiple times. Rubber band on bottom isn't much use.

These were too short and I couldn’t attach the small round piece to the end. It started sinking into the hole. I ate and swallowed them both without even knowing.

I'm sure these are great but they sent the wrong size
