You can not beat this easy to use opener…and I have arthritis! It cuts through the metal cans like they’re butter. Don’t have to rely on batteries or an outlet…and it’s quite portable. I have only had it for a short time but it appears to be much sturdier than the plastic, supposedly high end, manual openers. They were a struggle to operate and, in less than a year, we had two that actually just came apart in our hands as we tried to use them. This all-metal opener harkens back to the pre-planned obsolescence days. Oh, yes, and the price is definitely right.We are going to purchase more because companies that produce quality products seem to be dropping like flies. We don’t want our family to be without one of these openers and we want to support the manufacturer. We have a very large extended family and we will probably add this opener to the holiday hostess gifts and add it to the wrapping of all kitchen gifts.No household should be without one of these.
