Works as expected, just like I was back in therapy.

Got this to strengthen and promote healing in a shoulder injury. I try to use this on a regular basis and it has helped me regain use of my shoulder and gain strength. Used in combination with shock wave therapy from a chiropractor. Chiropractor had similar product in his office. Price was right for this product and is of good quality.

This item is easy to use and works the upper body like you wouldn't believe. It comes with instructions that also helps with the lower body as well. However,I haven't used it for lower body as I am a Stroke survivor.

Better than what I was expecting for the price!

Yes, it works. But it's silly and hard to find a rhythm. I've had it for over a year or so and I always let family and friends try it. Yes, it's possible to get a sweat and I do think you hit quick twitch fibers to potentially strengthen weak joints. But overall I'd rather spend the money on a set of resistance bands or kettlebell

undgoing PY for my shoulder surgery and the therapist had one of these so I got it for home use. It's slightly different but having one at home really helped,

I used a Bodyblade at my PT for my shoulder but those are expensive. On this one, it feels like the ends weigh more and take more motion but the results are the same. I seriously feel like Ive worked my shoulder muscles after using this. I haven't tried any of the exercises that it came with, just the ones my PT had me doing. Between this and the elastic bands and the proper exercises, I feel like I am regaining the strength from my torn rotator cuff.

Really good product working all those small muscles around your shoulder. Takes a little bit to get use to working it, but definitely feel the results.

It’s been great physiotherapy for my shoulder. I keep doing a couple minutes a day just to keep it maintained
