I purchased this dual PetSpy System and it is awesome. Unfortunately, my male Rottie decided he didn't like it and chewed up the remote. I contacted PetSpy to see if it was possible to just order the transmitter and not the collars. Without a doubt, PetSpy gave me immedite response and resolution. They provided the replacement transmitter only, AND offered me a 20% discount for the replacement. I highly recommend their product and service to anyone looking for this type of system for their pets.

Works like a charm
Our original remote stopped working and wouldn't take a charge anymore. I ordered this because the reviews said you can sync it to the collar with no problems and they were right. It came 3/4 charged and hasn't let me down yet. For the price, can't beat it!

Good product
This allows us to walk our dogs on our land without leashes and after initial minimal training they hardly ever need a reminder...

Vibrate usually does the trick
Teaching my dog to stay in the yard, or at lease close to it. It does work well on tone and vibrate. I accidently hit the shock button and it was just awful! Have it turned way down and the tone works most of the time.

Works fine but difficult to carry/wear, and NOT water resistant
Like the original, this has no way to add a ring or wrist strap. Few people I know, myself included, have a flat enough belly to be able to use the belt clip as positioned. The charging port disintegrated on my first one, and I blame myself because I loosened the clip to slide a wrist strap under it. I thought maybe that's why the port broke apart on the inside. Unfortunately, this one does not include the rubber protector that made my last one water resistant.

Petspy remote
this was not compatible with the other remote that I have by TrainPro. I bought this because it said that it would work with the collars from TrainPro and it does not. I cannot return it because it was to late so I am stuck with a remote that does not work with the collar I hoped it would.

Synced Perfectly
Lost my old remote and this synced perfectly with the older collars and haven't had any issue
