Works Great! Nasty Taste! This "Will" cleanse your pallet that's for certain, but it Really Works Great! I have a broken rear tooth and Nothing else helped, even oral lidocaine, I dipp two cotton balls once every 3 to 4 days into the root solution and place the right into the exposed nerves in the socket and leave them there while having a spit bowl next to me because you won't like the experience swallowing this stuff. When I'm ready to eat remove them with a toothpick. You'll get used to the taste, and also I use a fine art brush dipp ing it and and going in-between two teeth swirl it around and repeat a few times. Best toothache medicine OTC!!!

I had a tooth that was sensitive for a few days and then it began to ache a little. I decided to purchase this item based on some suggestions I had done on clove oil. It arrived the very next day which I'm so thankful for! It came with the oil, some tweezers and a little box of mini cotton balls. I brushed my teeth first. Then I used a Q-tip to apply the oil instead of the cotton balls to the affected area as suggested by the comments I read and I will admit, it's spicy then it's numbing. I held the Q-tip with the oil onto the affected area for one minute like the directions said. The spiciness and numbness went away within minutes. It really wasn't bad at all. My tooth feels fine now, thankfully. I am planning on going to the dentist though to see what the root cause is because I don't want to go through anything worse. The bottle with the oil is small but the product works! I'm glad I bought it and I intend to buy more just to have for myself and give to my adult children. Hopefully they'll never need to use it. Toothaches are no joke!

Got a toothache? You need this. Had oral surgery? You need this. I've used this for toothaches since I was 16. I'm 63 now and still using it when needed. I keep a bottle in my medicine chest at ALL times (and one in my doomsday bag). The clove oil works like a charm, numbing the area, and helping reduce any inflammation. Having had oral surgery myself a week ago, I needed this tincture as my wound got infected. I doused the area with this every few hours until I could get back to the surgeon and get antibiotics. If not for this I couldn't have stood the pain and pressure that was happening in my gum.The oil itself is clove. So,If you can't stand the smell or taste of cloves you're going to hate this. It does tend to have a burning sensation when you apply it, but that goes away in a few minutes. If you're chicken you'll hate this. It also makes you salivate so be prepared to spit that out. Salivating lasts seconds. Just stick with it. Grin and bear it. This will help. It's NOT a cure all and won't make a bad tooth better, but it is relief through numbing the area, until you can see a dentist.It comes with tiny cotton balls and tweezers. The tweezers are useless in my opinion (the ones in my new pack were all bent out of shape). Personally I don't use the cotton balls, I dip a q-tip in the bottle and then swipe the gum with the q-tip. Much easier and faster than faffing about with the tiny swabs and tweezers. I guess if you had to fill a cavity hole the cotton balls would be useful.Try it. Keep it on hand. It's relief in a tiny bottle.

This stuff is STRONG. It kind of reminds me of tea-tree oil in a way, just that astringent, natural, strong tasting oil. It helped my S/O out a lot, as she was in quite a bit of pain and I was able to get these overnighted at no additional cost to me. A little tiny amount goes a super long way.

Good product gets the job done when ur hurting bad. Just be careful not to use to much it burns.

I see lots of complaints: "This stuff tastes AWFUL!", "This stuff burns your mouth!", "This stuff smells strong!", blah blah blah blah. I bought this to stop a toothache. A SEVERE one. I don't think half these people know what a SEVERE toothache feels like. Yes, it has a VERY strong clove scent and taste. Yes, it may burn your mouth some. Don't swallow it (you don't die or get sick), spit it out, or it may burn your throat some too. But, if you are worried more about what tastes great instead of stopping severe tooth pain, buy some stuff that tastes good, like those gel tooth pain products that have benzocaine as the main ingredient (this stuff is 85% eugynol) which do NOTHING. Or get some chewing gum or a breathmint. I'll stick with what works for TOOTH PAIN.

This stuff is so amazing it is like a small gift from heaven. It takes away the pain long enough for you to have peace in your body. Once the pain comes back you can put more on a q-tip and just stick it where the pain is and try to go to sleep and sometimes you can. I love this stuff it is worth every penny I promise you you will not be disappointed. And a little goes a long way and I mean a little goes a long way. It's very strong clove so just a little bit as all you need.
