No More Backache!
Wow, what a great chair! This chair is different that what I am used to, but very comfortable. Very good firm back support and that is what I was looking for at a good price. And, the most important thing is that my back pain stopped the first day I used it! There are enough ways to adjust the chair to make it work. Some of the other chairs I was looking at had a ton of adjustments available, but the reviewers noticed that their chairs didn't hold up well or something had to be repeatedly put back in place. It was relatively easy to put together, the directions were clear and easy to follow. And, it came with some extra screws and washers too, always a plus. Also, the chair looks good and feels real solid.

Great Chair for Everyday Use and Comfort!
I stream on Twitch and one of the most important qualities in a chair is comfort and support! My previous GTRacing chair was uncomfortable, it didn’t provide any breathability, and it did not fit my body type. This chair was easy to assemble (even just by myself), it moves around like a breeze, and it fits to your body…I love this chair! The only thing I am not a big fan of is how hard the arm rests are. They are made of a very hard rubber or plastic-like material and it isn’t the most comfortable for your elbows. All in all, great product and I am very happy to have made this purchase!

Great Office Chair with Good Support
First, I've had several other office chairs that just didn't have the support or quality of this chair. And some were at higher prices! This chair arrive quickly and on-time. It was easy to assemble and adjust to my body for a good fit. The construction and quality are excellent. The quality and type of wheels cannot be ignored. The other chairs I've had rolled poorly and would often feel "stuck". This chair moves effortlessly and smoothly. It is a comfortable chair that easily adjusts.I highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a quality, comfortable, supportive office chair.

At this point, I am recommending that you deal with a different company.
I do like this chair enough to work around some of its limitations. Over all it is supportive, easy to assemble and for me easy to adjust (not much to adjust in reality. However, this is the only chair that I have had that has broke. Amazingly, within a year of purchase and it seems that it was designed to break (see above pictures, the crack formation is along the right angles which concentrate stress). Now for the limitations:1) the spring that holds the back cannot be adjusted tight enough to actually support me in any position other than lying as flat as possible - they do provide a couple of set points latched via the handle which I make use of.2) The sides of the seat frame sometime will contact me on my hipbone. They do provide a cushion around the frot edge to prevent this from happening to my knees/thight. I had some cushioning left over from a package that was sent, so I forced some under the sizes of the seat cushion.3) The chair back has a design flaw which causes it to break.Update the company decided not to refund me on their 12 month warranty, but to replace the chair back with a $30 coupon for my next purchase. I have the feeling that I will be working on making my own chair back as theirs will break within a year, and I will have a $30 dollar coupon that I can frame and not use - why would I! I would have prefer the refund.----I requested a new seat back about 6 months ago, before the warranty expired. I was told that it was being sent from the warehouse. Still hasn't arrived

Better than anything else!
This chair is so much better than any other knock off gaming chair I’ve ever sat in, it’s design is incredibly sturdy and well built and feels like the premium you pay for. Only a couple things to watch out for, the felt is a hair magnet and if you have any pets this chair will get covered in a matter of seconds, and this chair doesn’t work well for tall people as much, the headrest won’t reach the top of my neck when sitting up strait and I’m 6’5” but I’m sure anyone a little more normal sized would love this chair. The 3D armrests are a lot more useful than you might think and their versatility is amazing. And one more thing, when reclining the chair it doesn’t recline to any angle it has a set few spots it will lock to, but there is no slip when locked to an angle which was a common and annoying problem in past chairs. Overall I love it and am very happy with the purchase!

A pretty good chair for the money
I needed a new desk chair to replace an old, faithful chair. This is not the greatest desk chair that I've ever used, but it's not bad. First, its assembly was pretty straightforward. The directions are good and I like that all the screws and the Allen wrench were in its own clearly labeled package, with the screw sizes clearly matching those in the direction.Functionally, let's start from the bottom up. The casters are great and the chair rolls easily. The pneumatic lift is ergonomic and the chair rises to a nice height. I'm tall and that makes a difference. Regarding the seat, I'm a little heavy in bottom, so, first, I installed the arms to their widest width. I don't need them to adjust in and out, so I'm okay with that. The seat is fine in the middle but the sides of the seat is pretty firm but digs a little into the outside of my upper thighs. So, good news, bad news. Nothing that can't be fixed with a cushion. The arms are adjustable up and down with a little lever. You can also manually swivel them to an angle and forward/backward. The only complaint here is that I have them pushed back and when I use the arms as leverage to get out of the chair, they tend to slide forward. Wish they locked into position a little better. The back of the seat is excellent. Great lower and upper back support and the chair flexes a little so I can lean back easily. As I said, I'm tall, so the head/neck rest, which is in a fixed position, is lost on me. I get no use from that at all.Like I said, it's a pretty good chair for the money and I'm happy with it so far.

Perfect!
Excellent chair. Fast (took me half an hour) and easy to assemble thanks to the well written installation manual. Feels very sturdy and is exactly as shown in the Amazon listing. I have lower back issues and the additional lumbar support is a big improvement over my previous chair. Highly recommend.

Don't buy this; very poor quality and the metal ruptured and causes a safety issue
The structure of this chair uses metal gauge that isn't strong enough to support it. I weigh 185 lbs and it literally ruptured at the base of the chair.

Easy to assemble but cheap feeling and awkward fitting
Good things for me were the ease of assembly and the epic silent wheels. If you're going to get this chair, these wheels are an incredible upgrade. They are very silent, but they roll incredibly smooth as well. A weird thing I never thought I would appreciate. It's worth noting you can upgrade the wheels on most computer chairs, so this is something I plan to do in the future. The bad things though.. The mesh felt incredibly weak, like it could easily wear out or tear. Kind of like it was made of plastic. Also the fit was not right for me.One thing to note, if you are a tall person who has it all in the torso and not in the legs, this chair won't be for you. I am 6ft tall, my jean length though is a 30" - meaning all torso and no legs. So when I sit, I sit very tall. The headrest for this chair sat very uncomfortably in the center of my shoulder blades. There is no fixing this, and at the end of the day means this chair was just not right for me and it can't be faulted for that.I disassembled it as best I could and returned it the next day, and my search for a comfortable chair continues.
