Pipe fittings and gas pipe outlet hole size is not compatable
The burner didn't have the air controller as per the technician which is a safer concern

Received one knob broken
Received one knob broken. In facts the knobs are not strong at all. I am requesting for replacement of the plastic knobs. Performance need to checked while using it.
