Using different brands for over 7 years and I call it my secret weapon for building muscle! These are the original version created by Dr Luca Moretti. Body Health has a different version with a weird smell. Purium sells this version at a higher price.I’ve been taking 10-15 tablets/day for over 7 years and I’m 64! This is the best price and quality and I’ll take forever!

Helped Me Build Back Muscle
At 64 years old, I was starting to lose muscle mass from lack of exercise and physical activity. I started taking MAP after a natural health practitioner told me it helped her 90-year-old husband develop new muscles. With exercise and taking MAP, my muscles grew and I am much stronger now. MAP also tested strong for me with quantum biofeedback analysis. So I'm no longer concerned I'll just wither up as I age thanks to MAP.

Just get it… it works!
I love it! This has worked better for me than anything else. The most important thing I can note is that it helps control my appetite. I’m currently doing 16:8 of intermittent fasting and I feel good. Will continue to buy!

Definitely makes a difference for me
So, I’m probably not the best eater of quality foods, and even though I DO manage to hit my protein goals (most of the time), it’s mostly from protein shakes and protein bars and Greek yogurt. So even though adding more ‘supplements’ instead of more ‘real food’ is not exactly my favorite thing, it just is what it is for right now. That being said, I can ABSOLUTELY tell a difference when I take this!! I use it 2 ways, one, I take 4 before I strength train, and I very much DO feel like I am able to lift more/better when I take them. It seems to help with both strength as well as my ‘willingness to stay in the gym a bit longer and not bolt for the door after 10-15 minutes. The 2nd way I use this is that I take 4 after a tough workout, when I’m a bit concerned that either I will be super sore as a result, or if I’m concerned that I will not be able to maximize the muscle (hopefully) built during that workout because i might not have enough protein in my system.Also, the recommended dosage for this was confusing and would be super costly/inconvenient if I were taking 5 (very chalky) pills all the dang time. I’m female, 5’5 with a mildly athletic build, and I take 4 each time I take them. Again, I only take them when I think I need them, which is probably 5-6 times a week, and I find that ‘dosage’ beneficial (and the most cost effective) for me. :)Oh, I guess a 3rd way that I take these is if I wake up in the morning and I’m stiff or sore from working out and I want to add to the quality ‘muscle building mojo’ in my system after not having eaten anything for many hours (due to being asleep).

Overall wellness!
My chiropractor sells this product. He never pushes it or really even talks about it. I was bored and picked up the literature on it. I was blown away by the science of. Then when I asked him wife why her nails were always long and nice, the said it’s the MAP. I’ve been taking for months. I 100% recommend it. Prior to this, my nails break and chip and flake.

Effective and Seeing Results
Have been using 15 pills daily to support a mostly vegan diet for health reasons. I take 10 a half hour prior to working out and another 5 post workout. Helps with energy and stamina during and recovery post workout. I’m 62 and seeing an increase in lean muscle mass in just a couple of weeks, compared with previous whey/vegan protein supplements. Easy to digest. If you take the time to read the research on these, you can’t help but be impressed. I expect these to be vital part of my nutritional plan from her on out.
