After further review...
Based in Ontario, Canada, I didn't think it was working... but after a few days, it charged my camera up to 100% and it's been there for weeks. It's in a sunny spot, but still limited, I have lots of trees. No complaints about this, I'm actually impressed.

PLEASE READ THE DIRECTIONS!!
So far I really like this solar panel, but you have to follow the directions! It has a built in 2600 mAh battery (I think the manufacturer should state this so people will understand why you need to leave it in the sun to charge first) so that's why it says you have to leave it in the sun for 8-10 hrs BEFORE plugging in your camera, that's why I believe so many are complaining it doesn't work, this one and the previous model.I've had mine plugged in the panel for three days (I let it charge in the sun for two days first BEFORE plugging in camera) and it hasn't gone below 98%, it has been sunny so I imagine on cloudy days it may drop down a little more. *It states in the instructions that it will not work if not fully charged the first time*

100% not worth it even if you prep the internal battery correctly.
Update 5/18/2021: I own 4 and after performing well for a few weeks, 3 of 4 stopped charging my cameras each day while a different companies panel next to these has the camera at 100%.Old: I made the mistake of not letting it sit in the sun for a full day 8+ hours of sunlight BEFORE connecting to the camera. It never charged and I sent it back. I then spoke to support learning the trick. My second one sat in the sun for two days nefore connecting to the camera. My camera started at 100% and hasn’t dropped below 99% overnight before returning to 100% each day.It only works if the internal battery is prepared correctly.

It finally work...
I have mine installed and my new camera started at 100% and it went down to 78% as of this time I am writing this comment. I already called Amazon for its return. I would suggest for the company to make a video showing it works before they continue selling this. Sorry but I am a very disappointed buyer.Update: I have not removed the solar panel yet as of the last time I wrote the comment. Now the camera is at 71%. Therefore, it is really not working. Will remove it and send it back.Final Update!I was about to return mine but due to my busy schedule I was not able to remove it. So I let it stay until today. Today is one week since I installed it. Last night I checked the camera and the charge was down to 69%. But when I checked again this afternoon around 4:15pm the charge went up to 93%. While writing this update it’s 100% charged. What happened? It was in direct sunlight I would say four days and the rest of the days was cloudy. I hope this review help. It finally work. Hence, I am changing my rating to 5 stars

Worked fine at first....
I charged my Wyze outdoor cam until it was nearly full, and left this panel in the sun (unconnected) for several days before installing it in a location where it will get good sun for at least 9 hours per day. My cam showed 97% battery, and as soon as I connected the solar panel, the cam showed it was charging. As it was morning when I connected panel to cam, the cam went to 100% in about an hour, and then gave me a notice it was fully charged. The cam went down to about 98% that night, and charged back to 100% again the next day. All good, right? That was about 8 days ago. Since then the cam has started dropping in charge, and as of today is at 89%, as I have it backing up all triggered video to the base station and motion alerts on high. Even after disconnecting the solar panel, power cycling the cam, etc.... I cannot get the panel to start charging the cam again. I am now charging the cam back up to 100% via USB, and letting the panel sit in the sun another day, un connected. I will try it again one more time. And return with more feedback. I'll give the panel a 2 for now. Edit: As soon as my review came out of this product, Wassertein contacted me about possible remediation actions. At least they are paying attention. I will follow up my review again in the near future.
