I put these on my 85 Silverado k10 4x4 truck drop back down where it was before shocks didn't hold it up like they say they're supposed to

They look like they are going to fit good but when they arrived it looked like an item somebody had returned and retaped and repackaged. No hardware was in the box like the description stated. I had to buy the hardware separately. Could have just sent them back but didnโt want to deal with the hassle and have reorder and possibly get the same thing. Overall, they look good and seem like they will work perfectly

I am happy with them overall. The old shocks were very stiff, but were not leaking. These shocks give me a bit better ride than the old ones did--just a bit softer. My concern with these shocks is they have a much smaller oil reserve that the old ones did. This might be a bad thing if you were to off road a truck with them on. The oil will overheat under rough use. I am old now, so I am past the off road stuff. These shocks should be OK under normal driving
