The worst thing I can say about it is that since it's all glass, you NEED some kind of skin around it; it's the slipperiest phone ever, I think. Apps open without any issue, from graphics-intense games to HD videos. The screen is amazing and smudge-free! The cameras are by far the best ever on any BB and compare favorably to any camera on any Samsung or iPhone. I don't like any virtual keyboard, but the VKB on this (as well on the PRIV and DTEX 50) is really nice and intuitive. And the fingerprint sensor is fast and accurate. Bottom line is that this is a high end phone. It may not be a flagship phone, but for $500 dollars, you're getting a really good phone/camera/media center. It's well-worth the price.
