Bought this to replace the braid on a Spod reel. Decided to go with 50lb. Was quite prone to wind knots, but wetting the reel before casting has helped. Also feels very course. But for the price point it did very well.

Not what I expected!
I bought this braid to save money. The braid was very coarse and not suitable for spinning! Due to its coarseness I noticed a big drop in the distance I was able to cover. On a plus side this braid would be very good for other types of fishing as its extremely strong!

Fantastic Braid
I believe this is rebranded Spectra braid which I have used for years and years and is my go to! This looks and feels the exact same so I'm happy. Would recommend!

Used to replace BOA cord on cycling shoes
A bit of an unusual application for this line, but I wear Sidi cycling shoes and they use a proprietary BOA closure system. The company does not sell just the replacement cord. I bought this line as the most durable yet flexible cord/line I could find in the US. I found it very difficult to cut, which is good, but once I got a length I needed I was able to use it to repair the frayed cords on my Sidi shoes. I only have about 1000 miles on the shoes with the new cord, but there is no sign of fraying, and there is minimal or no stretching of the material. Sure, I only needed a total of about 3 feet of line, but even having to buy the entire spool of line, it was still a much better cost than having to buy a new pair of $400 cycling shoes.
