Before this I bought the plastic ones which I had to replace about once a month. (The pills I have to cut are really hard). So I was looking for the replacement cutter and I noticed some negative reviews.I just want to say mine has worked fine for what I need it for and if I had stayed with the plastis ones I would have spent at least 3 times as much money in the same length of time. The only thing I agree with is it would probably be easier if the V was rubber to hold the pill in place. As it is, you just have to be careful lining it up and cutting it. Takes some practice.
