Yes. It’s says it has BHA which is a beta hydroxyl acid. Salicylic acid is the only BHA. (Sorry not trying to confuse you, I’m a skin care specialist).

Can you wear make up after?

Cleans and eventually shrinks pores. Makeup goes on better.
