Great tire.
After a lot of research, decided to use for rear on Stumpjumper FSR. Worked so well, bought one for my son's Trek Xcaliber (also for rear). Great tire.. What a difference. Very tight fit on Specialized rims and even tighter Bontrager rims. Have to work really hard to get on and may have to true wheel when done. Purchased Maxxis Minions for front wheels.

Nice tire hard to mount
Seems like a great tire so far, but man, what an absolute pain in the butt this was to mount on my rim! I've never had this much trouble getting a tire on.

Great Versatile Tread
I have this tire in the rear form my trail bike and my enduro bike, 2.3" and 2.5" respectively. I don't mind that much about weight, so the Double Down casing is just perfect for driving aggressively. I pair them with Minion DHF and with Assegai.

I’ve ran the Maxxis DHR/DHF on the rear of my bikes for a few years. I swapped this onto the rear of my yeti sb5.5 and LOVE it!

Love the ride and the grip. I generally ride on hardpack and loose over hard.

No more flats
Very aggressive but heavy tire. Last year I had several pinch flats. Tried this double down exi tubeless tire with amazing results. No flats on nasty rocky trails. Only downside is the weight. Heavy but super tough.
