I got this product to help control the itching from eczema breakouts on my feet. I've been on the search for my "holy grail" product that covers all of the areas where I have reactions, stays cold for a long time, and is relatively simple to wear. This one does stay cold for a long time which is a big plus. And I also understand that this product is intended for ankle and foot injuries, whereas I don't need anything for my ankle. In that respect it's too bulky and heavy for me because of all of the (for me) unneeded ice pack going up my leg. On the same token, it doesn't cover the toes and has a gap around the middle side of my foot, both of which are areas I need coverage in. The straps are great to keep it in place but ultimately it's just too bulky and cumbersome for what I need, especially for the price. I'll still keep it on hand as a backup, or if we ever get an actual ankle injury, but other than that I'll keep looking.

I wish I had this years ago when I initially broke my ankle and foot! This go around was corrective surgery and it helps reduce swelling and alleviate pain. It’s comfortable, easy to put on and take off.One freeze in the freezer and it’s capable of working for two 20 minute sessions of application to cool down the lower tibia, ankle, and foot.

This is a wonderful product. I have daughter who fractured her foot a year ago and we have a hard time getting the swelling down. She went through a year of rehab and than re-fractured the same foot in the same spot. The doctor called it a fracture inside a fracture.Again, we started with the ice, ibuprofen, and elevation. We ran into the same problems of not being able to reach every spot of the foot and ankle at the same time, while trying to get her to stay in one spot long enough to reduce the swelling. I got her some compression socks and they helped a lot with pain and swelling but still ice would be best. We tried frozen water in a Ziploc baggie, frozen water bottles taped around the foot and ankle, and like my mom suggested a bag of frozen peas. Nothing, we used seem to help and I was feeling bad about the constant ibuprofen she was taking to help.I finally found this product here on Amazon and I am extremely happy with this. She can ice every tiny spot of her foot and ankle at the same time for 20 minutes. No more 20 minutes for this spot and 20 minutes for that spot, which would take longer trying to maneuver the ice around before it melts.With this product her foot and ankle have made improvements and she doesn't feel it takes hours to ice her foot. She loves the soft material on the inside instead of hard plastic water bottles, Ziploc bags, or frozen peas.This product is well worth the money and helps every spot feel better and allows less time sitting around while icing.Thank you for making a good product.

This was exactly what I was looking for . I broke my ankle month ago and need to have a nice ice pack for my ankle to cover the whole area.

I have it on upside down. I need the cold on my swollen foot rather than further up my ankle. Much easier to use, stays in place.

I didn’t know how much I needed these! I am very active and at the end of the night my feet and ankles are so sore. I can put these on while I unwind and I can ice my arches and ankles at the same time. It really helps me relax while giving much needed support.

Ideal for post ankle surgery! Much easier to wrap and more affective than traditional ice pack.

This is a really great way to ice a fractured ankle. The inside material is very comfortable. . I love that covers the top of my foot which has felt very bruised. So glad I purchased this.
