Disappointing Experience with this L'Oréal Shampoo
I've always loved L'Oréal as a brand, but this is the first time I've tried such a bad product! This shampoo leaves my hair feeling heavy, as if there's a layer of wax coating it. The sensation is horrible, and I can't even run my fingers through my hair. The first time I used it, I thought maybe I hadn't rinsed it out properly and that it was my fault. However, I quickly realized it's just a bad product. I feel like I wasted my money.

Good for colour treated hair
Loved this shampoo, leaves my very thick, colour treated hair very soft and manageable. Not sure if this product would work the same in thinner hair but possibility as I didn’t get any buildup.
