It comes with a wipe to wipe the screen before you place it on. The trickiest part is preventing air bubbles as with all these things. Hope that helps, once on, you can wipe to clean.

If it becomes cracked after a fall, can it be removed and replaced with another ?

It can be removed easily by carefully putting your fingernail under a corner, it will come off in one piece...then clean the screen and fix the replacement. .Make sure your hands and phone are dirt and grease free before you start.

How much does one glass screen weigh

Almost nothing. It is a thin plastic that goes over the screen to protect it.
