I used it as a closet light and it both looks great and has an awesome quality of light. There are some things you should know, however. First, is that there are no instructions. And installation isn’t obvious. In fact, I suspect some of the reviewers probably installed it incorrectly. Here’s the trick: plastic disk goes on first, wires thru the center. Now, put the bracket over the disk lip up. It goes right around the center of the circle, match up the curves. You’ll see two holes pointing at the wall, for which there are no included screws. This holds the whole thing to the wall, in no way does it attach to the box. You probably don’t have studs there, so be sure to use wall anchors. Now, make the electrical connection, set the fixture on the lip, line up the two screw holes on the top, and use the included screws. You’re done! Most fixtures attach to the box which makes this fixture super confuseballs until you realize it goes right to the wall.
