I need to glue styrofoam to the inside of a terracotta pot - would this work? I have fake flowers in the styrofoam and need it to stick to the pot.

It should work good. It hasn't melted the styrofoam for me and sticks to most things

Will this hold glass to Styrofoam and is it resistant to slightly damp conditions?

I used it to glue artificial turf to florist styrofoam to make a graveyard for "Children of the Corndogs" for Halloween. It worked really well. You apply glue to both surfaces and wait 10 minutes before pressing them together.
