The clips and hanger failed and stopped staying attached and the steam hose started fraying in less than a year, but unfortunately I didn't do a warranty claim at that time. For a product that costs this much I would expect it to last more than a year and half. Anywho, bought this and arrived next day - oh Amazon what can’t you do! This unit is sleek and makes my old one look like an antique. It had some nice added features so you can add a huge amount of water - steam/iron with this little vertical device that attaches right to it! It heats up in 20 seconds (the manual claims 45 seconds, but I’ve never waited that long) and cranks steam! I can steam a t shirt in under a minute and the wrinkles seem to just fade and disappear. It comes with a fancy fabric brush that helps open the fibers as it steams - will work so well for curtains and other non-clothing items. Lastly, it has a fancy new way so you don’t need to use distilled water any longer.
