I'll admit, it's not the best Devastator out there, and yes it has some issues, but don't sit there and automatically give it a 1 star because it's not your version of a "perfect toy." Some parts are a pain in the butt to put on, but for $50, vs $300, it's better than nothing. I have this version, and the KO version of the revised Earth Rise, Kingdom, or whatever version Amazon sells for $300, and I'll make do with this version. I save $250, so no point of complaining.

Don’t get it if you are trying to animate or play with this figure. 1 its too small they’re all legends class 2 devastator himself don’t form easily 3 He can’t even hold his gun. I rank this 3/10 “imo”

But in terms of quality, it's dubious. You get what you pay for.That description, however, is blatant false advertising.
