bought this for my moms christmas present, was everything she could’ve asked for. The gold chain + charm is a nice touch, and the bag isn’t too heavy or big like a tote. It’s light, fancy, has a lot of organization and is good quality material.

I love the look, the functionality, the storage space, and the different ways to carry my purse. I’ve been complimented so many times. I love the gray with the black. So far it feels very durable. It’s a little heavy but you can remove the charm. But the weight is all in the handles. I will be buying another to have as a neutral spare.
