I would have actually given this product five stars if it was in a dispenser that you could actually get the product out of easily. This is horrible. The pump doesn't work and the container is metal so you can't even squeeze it out after taking the lid off. The actual conditioner works very well. I wouldn't leave it in too long, 10 minutes seems to work well for me. Wash your hands right away after using to prevent staining. I'm going to be looking for a different blue conditioner to see if I can find one with the better dispenser that works as well. What a shame that they obviously didn't think this through. P.S. please always submit a picture with a review or a detailed description at least. Too many products on Amazon are being switched with another product that are them showing reviews that do not belong to the listed product. When I contacted Amazon about one such product they did not seem very concerned and did not remove the product. Very disturbing. I would like to know that the stars and reviews on the product that I'm looking at are for the actual product that I am considering buying.

So, my daughter bought this after getting her hair colored for the first time. She decided after the first try she didn't want to use it (she has brunette hair) because she didn't want to alter her color after all. So, not wanting to waste the money I decided to use it with my natural blonde hair. As for the color, my hair seems a little darker but it didn't really have any "brass" in it. So I can't comment much about that but, oh my goodness, the softness and silkiness is amazing! The smell is so mmmmm, and how much fun is it to wash your hair with blue shampoo! I probably won't buy it again, because I have blonde hair and I don't color it, but it was a pleasant experience.

Bottle had no packaging and just thrown in with larger shippment. The product was spilled around the lid, which meant there was blue conditioner on other pachages. the pump handle wouldn't extend to pump product out, you can't even take lid off to use because bottle opening is so small you can't scoop conditioner out. Had to return product in a shipping box, so i had to find another box to bring to UPS. Do not buy

I'm not one to leave reviews but listen.... I didn't expect much. So I just wet me natural brown hair and did a mask then showered washed with clarifying shampoo and left it on again in the shower a little bit washed again with clarifying shampoo and used my normal conditioner. Omg! In the sunlight my hair looks almost dyed like that deep redish box kit. When it's not in the sunlight it just looks really dark brown but I hate the red hues this cooled it completely down. Literally no trace of it. I can't open the pump of the bottle LOL so I had to just dump it in my hands and this is a can for whatever reason? So you can't squeeze it. It's also smaller than what the picture looks like but if I were smart I would look at the ounces LOL That's literally my only complaint but it works very well especially for the price!

Product is good (if you’ve used Fanola or similar the staining seems less troublesome) but as others have stated the pump is not functional and this is a metal bottle, it cannot be squeezed out. It cannot be stood upside down and shaken out like a bottle of ketchup-the conditioner is extremely thick. Using another brands pump seems to work ok, but will not reorder.

I really do love this product but when you put it at your roots it’s dyes your scalp so I’ve figured out if you go with other shampoo or co-wash it will get rid of it. It does make you hair soft tho and there is a lot of product. The quality is pretty good as well so maybe use the produce if you are okay with going make with another hair wash.

Honestly even if this conditioner didn’t work, the smell alone is worth it. It is one of the best smelling conditioners I’ve ever smelled.HOWEVER it works. It EVEN works on tough brass in blonde hair. It is a nice thick conditioner, but doesn’t leave my fine hair greasy! Effective, however not powerful enough to alter blond hair - so if you’re brunette and concerned, you will be FINE.
