I am very disappointed because I hoped that it would work because I wanted a flower hand soap but it didn’t come out as a flower so I want a refund pls :).

First, I have never seen a product packaged so safely and effectively! It was perfectly fitted inside a specially designed cardboard box just for the soap. It also had a stopper so no product would leak during shipping. Someone thought this through! I never would have thought that washing my hands as an adult could be so much fun! Pumping a flower onto my hands is so whimsical! I consider this soap a treat, though. It is quite pricey. Also, you don't get your hands wet first, and you put your palm face down on the pump and push down. The foam squirts onto your palm from below. I love the concept of the flower, but hope a future design of the bottle will have a more traditional pump that still makes a flower. I anticipate the flower pump on top of the bottle will eventually get dirty and dusty and have to be wiped out. However, to experience a Japanese soap, even if it is exclusively sold by Amazon, was a neat experience. The yuzu scent is mild and lovely. The soap isn’t moisturizing, but isn’t super drying. I consider it too pricey for an entire family, so I’m not going to let my kids use it exclusively. But this soap is definitely fun for self-care and I will purchase the refill. This would make a unique and charming housewarming gift!

If you like cats or dogs or any animal with paws -- or you know someone who likes cats or dogs or any animal with paws -- this is the perfect thing for you or the perfect gift for them. It's ADORABLE. My sister got this for me as a gift for my 1/2 bath, and I've since gotten it for 4 other people. It's just the cutest little paw that comes out of the pump into your palm (looks identical to the listing pics.) If it smelled bad and didn't even clean your hands, I'd still want it for the novelty. But it does. Smells great. Does the trick. If I was going to be judgey about anything, I wish the bottle was a little prettier for gift purposes. but it's so not a deal breaker. Cuteness wins!

This was a fun, splurge purchase for me - as who really needs to spend $15 or more on a soap dispenser when you can get something that smells good and works for $4. . . BUT this is so cute! I LOVE it and it's fun to have in the guest bathroom! The scent is light, and I think it's a beautiful fragrance - not overpowering. I love that "Japanese" items are not only functional, but always have a great presentation. Remember to keep the soap pump right side up and just place your palm over the top and push down. I bought the "paw print" one for a friend and they tried to use it upside down and of course, didn't get the best outcome - silly peeps! I recommend this as a Mother's Day treat to yourself or someone you care about. I paired this with a cute hand towel, and it made the perfect gift for my sister-in-law.

As someone who could use a few more smiles and laughs in my life, I saw this and decided to splurge a little. Soap in the dispenser comes boxed (which keeps it protected during shipping), but not sealed or closed internally. There is a small plastic clip that keeps the top from dispensing that is easily removed. There is a window on the side of the bottle to see how much product remains without needing to open the container. This foaming soap does actually dispense into little paw prints of soap on your hand. It’s cute and amusing and a bit twee, but sometimes that’s ok. I got it to put in my powder room to encourage hand washing for younger guests, but it really does bring a smile to my face to use. The soap foam has a really nice density and lather to it, the smell is acceptable (it’s a little perfumey for me, but not too bad), and it doesn’t feel terribly drying (which I appreciate). I don’t know that I will continue to purchase the refills of the same soap (although they are lower priced than the initial foaming bottle), but I’m going to enjoy using this while it lasts and the dispenser afterwards.

I will admit I first saw this soap on Tik Tok and thought that it would be a nice soap to try since I do seem to be washing my hands all the time these days. I was so excited when I received it to give it a try really just to see the pretty foam flower. I was very pleasantly surprised when I pushed down (twice) to get the foam to come out and not only is the flower cute but the foam is thick and luxurious and makes your hands feel totally moisturized after you wash them. The smell is very pretty and not overpowering at all. My teenager loves it too and is now finally washing her hands more like she was supposed to. I bought them for every bathroom in the house as well as the kitchen. The fact that it's really hands free is also a real plus in this time of being extra sanitary. I almost don't want to recommend it so they don't run out of stock!
