Easy to drink, easy carbs (80g) and calories. Lots of Powder!
Yet to try these in an actual race, planning on having one at each checkpoint for easy carbs and calories. I have tried these in a glass though. They are a lot of powder about a 1/3 of a pint.🤣 Taste ok and on the day I tried them out it did a subtle positive bump to the day and felt easy on the stomach. Next Ultra plan is to Chuck them in a bottle and shake

Quality Energy Drinks
These are good quality energy drink powders. My only issue with them, is that they could improve the flavorings a bit more as the strawberry/lime ones I had were just a tad light on flavour.

I love the strawberry and lime gel but the taste of this powder was awful couldn’t taste the strawberry or lime at all. However I did feel a little boost when working over an hour and half Hyrox training. 2/5 because I think you can find a better tasting product that also provides a boost

Ich verwende das Pulver für lange Einheiten auf dem Rennrad. Ich habe einen empfindlichen Magen, komme mit dem Pulver jedoch sehr gut zurecht und es verursacht keinerlei Probleme. Wichtig ist hier die korrekte Dosierung im Verhältnis zur Flüssigkeit.Der Geschmack ist, wie bei vielen derartigen Produkten, künstlich aber i.O.
