Pale Gold Prismatic 65" Deco TV Frame for Samsung The Frame/Pro TVs

Our gold TV frame arrived well-packaged and looked great. After watching a tutorial video it was very straightforward to assemble. Our only issue was our left bottom corner would not latch very well to our 65" Samsung Frame TV. At first, it stayed on fine after some maneuvering / light pressure, but then we just couldn't get it to stay latched. Reached out to seller (Deco Frame TVs) directly via their website which was very easy as they have live chat support during regular business hours. Support was able to confirm that our installation was fine and wound up sending us a pair of Alloy Locking Tabs free of charge – these are optional / not necessary if your frame is latching fine, but if you have a bottom corner that's being tricky, these add additional support for latching. Overall very happy with the purchase and experience with seller – would highly recommend.

We wanted to add a Samsung Frame TV to our Living Room to elevate the space and remove the black rectangle from the room. The illusion of the art only works if you can make it look like a true picture and that's where the picture frame from Frame My TV comes into play. We wanted some thing simple yet elegant, and the Alloy Prismatic frames were exactly what we wanted in the Pale Gold color. It adds a touch of class without being a thick frame and its perfect for our room. The frame went together in about 10 minutes as I took my time making sure all of the corners lined up perfectly and I was very happy with the results once it was on the TV.

This made our TV look to the next level. While it is expensive for what it is... I would buy again. I think we get as much compliments on the color of this frame than the tv art mode! It is well made too.

Looks just like a frame

Really great quality, easy to put together and looks incredible. It is not clear from the product description that it blocks the sensors in the frame TV so you can't use the motion/proximity sensor or auto light adjustments. I wish they would cut out a notch in the frame similar to the Samsung official versions to fix this. The additional external sensor they sell is ugly and has to be plugged into the one box which defeats the purpose of a clean frame TV install.

Great quality for the price. Been waiting for a couple of years to grab one of these and didn’t want to pay $500+. Excellent value and sturdy metal material. Not heavy and easy to assemble. Easy to attach to the FrameTV.

The frame itself is fantastic. We needed a thinner profile because of the way our mantel is framed, and this one fit the bill perfectly. After finally getting the remote to work with it (see below) I'm extremely happy with it. READ ON IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE GETTING YOUR REMOTE TO WORK WITH THIS FRAME I could never get our remote to work with this frame. It would only remain in bluetooth mode for a short time before switching back to IR mode, which obviously won't work when the IR receiver is covered up by the frame. I went through ALL of the troubleshooting steps on the Deco Frame website to no avail. I was getting desperate to figure it out before the return window closed, so in a last ditch effort, I decided to order a new remote (search Amazon for "Voice Remote for Samsung-Smart-TV-Remote-Control-Replacement, Universal for Samsung Frame Crystal QLED OLED UHD 4K 8K Voice Smart TV", which did the trick. So it turned out to be our remote that was the problem. If you're in the same boat, give that a try before you return the frame. As an aside, we ran into the same problem with our second Frame TV, but as it turned out, it was not the remote this time, but a problem with the TV's bluetooth, which was fried. Unfortunately we didn't figure that out until just after the warranty period had expired. The solution was to purchase a USB IR repeater (any of them on Amazon will work) and plug it into the back of the Frame TV OneConnect box. Fortunately there is enough of a gap so the IR Transmitter still fits behind the frame (over the original IR receiver), and we placed the new IR receiver next to a picture frame on the mantel beneath, where it's relatively inconspicuous. Now we can use the remote with the frame and you'd never know there was anything wrong.

We LOVE this frame!! It was super easy to put together and simply snaps into place over top of the TV. It truly does make a huge difference with the frame TV...see the pic. I love it. I will also say that the first frame I got had a slight bend in it, which prevented it from snapping into place completely on one of the corners. The company worked with me quickly to replace it (I contacted them directly and provided the Amazon receipt). I appreciate good customer service! Thank you!!!

Fits my 55" The Frame perfectly, it was easy to install, the instructions were clear, only needed one screwdriver (not included). Blocks the light and motion sensors so you may need to adjust some settings.

This frame took our Samsung TV to the next level. Our guests think the TV is a piece of art on our gallery wall.
