Would this frame work if your TV isn't wall mounted, but using the foot stands?

Hello! Sadly, no. The feet that come with the TV interfere with the space the Deco Frame needs to lock into place and thus the Deco Frame ends up hanging loosely from the top of the TV. The only stand option we have tested with success is the Samsung Studio Stand which is compatible with up to the 55" Deco Frame.

Does the smaller frame cover up the tv frame

Yes but the cover frame looks just like the TV frame.  To get the look we want ed we had to upgrade to even a larger frame costing around $600.

Question 3

Will the remote still work? I read a review thats said it won't because the frame is metal.

Hello!
Great question! Actually, the original Samsung Frame Remote that comes with the TV should have no trouble at all. 
 If for some reason it is not responding well once the Deco frame is installed, you simply need to resync it with the TV
That remote uses RF frequency over line of sight IR and thus does not need to see the sensor to communicate once the RF signal is resynced.
First, make sure you are close enough for the remote to read with the TV or you can unlatch or remove the Deco Frame if needed.
Also make sure the TV is turned on and in TV mode.

Then, hold down the back button and the play pause button simultaneously for 6-7 seconds and the TV should go into repair mode.
The TV will advise when pairing is complete after about 10 seconds and from there the remote should work just fine with the frame installed.
Right now, the remote is trying to use its IR mode, but that process will put it in its proper RF mode where it does not require line of sight.

Does the frame lay flush either the wall so you can’t see the tvs frame at all?
