It works perfectly fine. Better than expected tbh. Gun works well from portable outlet transformer (the one you plug in into a cigarette lighter), as it only requires 20w of power. For all those of you who say that it doesn’t work, I will say that it’s not the tool, it’s your hands. This isn’t the magic wand, it’s a TOOL that requires some minimum skill and grey matter.

Thought I would use this to work on my hail damaged car. Didn't work much at all. There are a lot of tools that come with this so you might be able to use them for something else. But if you are trying to fix hell damage it doesn't work. If it did everybody would just buy these tools and fix their cars themselves when they get hell damage and save thousands but it doesn't work that way. I guess that's why body shops get the big bucks.

The kit has everything to fix dents, easy to use. However, the suction power is not very strong, and the puller tabs are not durable. And the glue is a little difficult to remove. At lease it gets work done.

Tried this on a ding, not a dent. Unfortunately the ding was too small to work. My husband hopes he doesn’t have to use it on a dent.

I bought this kit to repair several dents on the gas tank of a motorcycle, and it worked better than I had anticipated. The glue stuck really well, sometimes too well, on a surface that I had sanded with 120 grit sandpaper to strip off the existing paint. I was able to pull out lots of small shallow dents around 1-2 inches in diameter. The only downside with this approach was that I couldn't peel the glue completely off on a couple of spots, so it took some extra work to scrape the glue off completely.

It was a small dent that included a slight crease in its center portion. I was able to use these to pull out 95% of it. The creased portion remains. But I can live with what looks more like a door ding than a shopping cart collision. These things worked great.

I have 2 small dents in my truck, so I bought this system to pull them out, hey hot glue and reverse force should pop them out right? It’s 80 outside, just washed the spot with cool water, it was registering at 72 degrees when I placed the puller completely covered up to the threads with glue on the dent. I waited 15 min to start twisting the knob very slowly, a 1/4 turn every 30sec, and to my surprise, the puller started to raise, but the glue started pulling away from said puller. I’m trying one more time, the puller is glued to my truck as I type for 12hrs, if it doesn’t work, this piece of garbage is going back. It’s a great idea, but the manufacturer needs to make sure, it’s going to adhere to all surfaces. But at own risk. I may have just bought a lemon. If it doesn’t work for you the first time, don’t hesitate, send it back….

They clean to smooth surfaces very well, but don't expect to pull any but the mildest dents. I am using the smaller ones to hold up a temporary curtain.

The slide hammer handle broke off at weld first day of use.

The slide hammer broke at the weld of the top portion or end portion of it that is supported with the supporting hand while the other hand slides the weight.hopefully they are good about their products and will send a replacement.

I bought this product kinda skeptic but really impressed! It’s pretty good and the price is reasonable. I’d recommend it
