Been using it for more than a week and here are the things I noticed that makes this a trustworthy and quality product:1. Clear oil when heated2. Light aroma and mild taste which is pleasant and makes the food taste better in so many ways3. The texture and feel of the oil is light and not heavy which makes all the difference while using it for frying4. Thickens and appears Ivory white when kept in the fridge/platform with cool temperature.

I bought this thinking its raw and organic. But when I opened the bottle, I got a horrible smell that made me feel like it's rotten. I know the smell of coconut oil very well and this smelt very different and obnoxious. I will never buy this anymore. So, be careful before you decide to buy this coconut oil. I felt like warmiting on smelling it
