I recently purchased the Outdoor Research Swift Cap and I am beyond impressed! This cap has been my constant companion on all my outdoor adventures.The lightweight, breathable material makes it perfect for hot, sunny days. I've worn it on long hikes, trail runs, and even a few boating excursions, and it has held up beautifully. The cap's built-in UPF 50+ sun protection is a fantastic feature that gives me peace of mind during prolonged sun exposure.What I love most about the Swift Cap is its comfort and fit. Husband has a large bald head. Most hats are too snug or uncomfortable. This is EXCELLENT for sweat, comfort, style and sun protection. He has 3 and loves them.

Quite simply the most comfortable hat I've ever worn. As a runner I sweat and during the warm and hot seasons this gets worse. This hat is primarily for those seasons, to provide sun protection for my eyes and breath-ability so air does not get trapped like under normal hats and actually make me sweat more. From the pictures I was concerned about the size of the buckle but I barely notice it while wearing the hat. The hat is also form fitting and fits comfortably with my close cropped hair. I don't know the current state of military caps but this seems tailor made for military service caps.

Wasn't sure if this hat would run hot, but was pleasantly surprised. It stays cool, offers sun protection, keeps the sweat from dripping into your eyes, and looks good too!

I was getting tired of buying new trucker hats every few months due to sweat stains, so I gave this a go. It's my absolute favorite summer hat now. I can sweat all day in it, and it will still look brand new the next day. The mesh liner and the general lightweight construction is also really effective at reducing how much I sweat.
