Sleep Aid, Diphenhydramine HCl 50mg, 440 Softgels - Fall Asleep Faster, Deeper Restful Sleeping, Non Habit-Forming

I'm on prescription sleep medicine but I don't like to rely on those so I use these gel cap kind to supplement unless it's a night I take the prescription ones. These are great! They put me to sleep easily and I have tried every kind of sleep aid brand out there. There is alot in the bottle, 220 pills that are 50 MG. So these are very good value for the price and are much cheaper than getting the unisom brand name ones. These are exactly like those and work just as well. I think the gel capsules are better than the regular pill form ones that are usually found in the 25 MG. They work faster and better in my opinion. These give you an excellent sleep and don't make you groggy when waking up, you feel refreshed and well rested, ready to tackle the day. I suggest taking these about 20-30 minutes before laying down so that they are starting to work when you get in bed to go to sleep. I usually take them right before I do my face care routine and brush my teeth. These came on time and the bottle these come in is very durable and thick, and none of the gel caps were stuck together in a big glob like I have seen others mention on other brands. These also don't cause any negative side effects.

This sleep aid does the job! I've been using it for a couple of nights now, and it really works well. The only thing I wish is that it could be split in half, but they're gel tabs, so you don't want to mess with the quantity (50 mgs). I've been taking diphenhydramine (Benadryl) a long time to help with sleep and I always appreciate it. This was an excellent value. I may see how it works apart from taking Quviviq which I take as a prescription. I'm a night owl and always have been so I told my doctor I needed help with sleep.

It works. Easy to swallow, no stomach or intestinal issues. No side affect,(hang over, drowsiness). Good price.

I take one 45-50 minutes before bed. Within 30 minutes I take another and to bed and sleep I go. These keep me sleeping through the night. Nothing works like these for me..

This is a good review. This particular brand did not work for me. I thought they were all the same.......I was wrong. It didn't work for me. That does not mean it will not work for others

I’ve been using sleep aids for years, sadly, and this one is really good. First, it’s a gel cap so it’s very easy to consume. Second, I do fall asleep quite quickly. But, it doesn’t keep me asleep for more than a few hours but I’m not willing to take ambien. For the money it’s well worth it.
