Stiff and very odd that they separated the audio wires on either side. Otherwise they work fine.
Using these to run from a Pelican PL-970 manual switch to a RetroTink 5x. I wanted the run to be short since the switch is a not powered and you don't want to add unnecessary length to the chain. The 5 cables here are taped together and for some reason, they split the L and R red and white audio cables to either side of the bundle. It just makes it annoying to hook up to the Tink and the switchbox. To combat this, I just cut the electrical tape that was holding all of these together and pulled all of the cables completely apart. If you are running them straight you probably dont need to do this, but if you need them to bend at all, you're going to want to separate them and to flex them out a little. The cables provide a clean image with no brightness loss. They are only 18 inches and shielded so I understand them being a little inflexible, but the L/R audio separation is a pretty weird design. Like I said, remove them tape and pull the wires apart and you're good to go.

Short is sweet
I use component video-to-HDMI converters to feed my Sony DVD carousels into my home theater system. This requires a 5-RCA cable. There are a lot of these cables on Amazon, but most of them are two meters long - which you'd need if you were running signal from the player directly into a TV. This is the shortest 5-RCA cable available on Amazon, it's made well and it uses RF-grade coax instead of cheap audio-grade cable for its interconnect. I highly recommend it.

Great quality cable, recommend this
These are good quality nice and thick cables. The connection is flawless and the actual plugs were correctly sized for the component ports (I've had issues with AV cables not fitting without excessive force). Video quality appears very nice. These cables take me back to when cables were made with quality materials, reminds me a lot of the stuff I would open up in the 2000's. Cable felt short but I did only buy a 1.5ft cable..

Good quality, convenient length, but very stiff.
As pictured, I use this cable to feed the output of a SCART switch into the input of a component switch, and the picture quality is great. My only concern is that the thick, stiff cables pull on the ports when angled even a little, and it's weirdly difficult to plug them into the ports. Ultimately, the cables stay connected unless I pull on them (even lightly), and they're inexpensive, so I would recommend them, and I would purchase them again if I had need for more.

Pull the wires apart
Yes the wires are stiff and I honestly don’t know why they placed the audio R/W on opposite sides but there is an easy remedy. See my picture and notice I pulled the audio wires apart because everyone knows on any audio/video equipment these are next to each other, not opposite. Why the wire is a flat setup is beyond me but that’s not a big deal by any means. I also pulled about 6” of the RGB apart to add more flexibility when connecting to an Amazon recommended component switch. Now it works perfectly. The cable is already high quality so I have no issues with that, it’s just the ribbon style along with being very stiff makes it difficult to move around being I got the 18” version. When you pull them apart, the quality doesn’t change but you get more freedom to move the wires around as you need. It doesn’t damage them in any way. Just grab the wire and pull down as much as you need. You can separate them completely if you need to do so. Get a longer cable and you’ll get more flexibility but don’t get any longer than you need. You don’t want signal degradation. Anyways, great product just follow what I did and it works even better. I haven’t noticed any quality difference by added this to my gaming capture setup. Good price for the quality as well. The RCA ends weren’t too tight for my setup and it’s going into my RT5X.

Great for old CRTs with component hookups
If you're looking for quality component cables, whether for old consoles and possible adapters (such as an original Xbox) or simply component capable devices, these are high quality and worth every penny

Great cables.
They are good quality shielded cables. Exactly what I need to play my old games in good clarity.

too stiff
I wish I would have listened to other reviews that mentioned these cables are too stiff. I bought the 3' cable with the intention of running the signal between a component switch and the rest of my video processing chain. The switch sits up top of the rest of the chain and is rather lightweight. First off, it is somewhat difficult to even plug these cables in. They are so stiff that you kind of have to start everything at the same time otherwise the other plugs will pull out as you flex the cable to start the next plug. Once I got them connected, these cables actually had the stiffness to lift my switch up into the air. I pushed the switch down and the plugs popped out. Needless to say, this is going back. They appear to be of very high quality and if you can rig these up in a way where their inflexible nature doesn't matter, I'm sure they would work fine. For my setup, they were a no go.

Does the Job...
Well made. Provides a better picture from my DVD to TV than the old A/V cable. Very fast delivery.

Recomendo!

Thick and hard to bend, but works.
Does exactly what it says it will do however be aware the cable is quite thick and difficult to bend, so factor that into your use case.
