If someone rolls two Accio and there are no dice in the arena to "collect one" should that person collect one from the discarded X dice? Thank you

If the cauldron is empty the next player must throw ALL their dice in the cauldron for their turn.

Is this packaged with protection safe enough?

I am not sure if you mean safe packaging or if the game is safe to play. When rolling the dice, the inner area can keep the dice from flying out and hitting someone, but I suppose if someone rolls the dice with too much force, they can fly out of the area. The game is safely packaged.

Hello, this did not come with english instructions, can you please let me know how i can get these instructions in english?
