Footrest switch Impossible to Attached
It was IMPOSSIBLE to attach the footrest switch cable and anchor to the seat base. I had the cable attached to the connector hole and while i was trying with all my strength to get the connector anchor in it's respective hole, the cable came out. I attached the anchor but the cable will not extend out of it's sheath to re-loop into it's respective hole. And now the anchor won't come out. I just need less then a .25 inch to get the cable to connect again.... but nah bruh. Which is odd, as the cable sheath unwinds out of the door and the cable moves when the handle is tested. So i'm stuck between a rock and hard place to either break the plastic anchor with a pliers and hope duct tape will suffice later or i don't get to use the footrest at all.Reached out to Customer Service about the issue, will update when a solution/conclusion comes about. It's a nice looking chair that seems built with quality items. The rocking feature is nice, the seat is comfortable. But i bought this specifically for the reclining function, not the rocking function. i really hope i can get this resolved.EDIT: May 21: customer service tried to troubleshoot the issue, but are now sending a new chair. Well update again when new chair arrives. Plus one star for responsive customer service.

More like a 3.5
So I do wanna make clear to anyone who orders this, FOLLOW THE ORDER OF DIRECTIONS! While I assembled this I skipped a step or two for ease only to find out I couldn't use the leg rest, had to take it apart and start over which got my thumb injured.Pros: It is a rather comfy chairEasy to assemble if you follow the guide.... More on this in cons.Plenty of roomBack flap to make cleaning easier and items that get "lost" easier to find without getting jabbed.Cons: Was sent busted parts and it was rather rough getting replacements because they weren't "required parts"Chair already is creakingLeg rest FLIES open so if you have pets or small children make sure your using your legs to keep it from just swinging open.Closing the leg rest is a hair annoying. The instructions are really unclear. and the chair parts could do with a different color of paint to better help people understand what part needs to go where. This however is only for the leg rest to work. All in all the cons are mostly little gripes or one time issues. The pros are more long lasting.

Comfy chair and a good size too.
I went from sitting on a sofa all the time all crooked and now I can sit comfortably while rocking or reclining. Putting it together was a different story, things didn't lock together great and one of the pieces was missing... still is.

Comfort and affordable.
The assembly was not as easy as I expected. The video provided in the listing is very helpful and had to watch it several times until assembly was complete.

Not bad for the price.
The only complaint I have is the handle to raise the footrest was not fastened to the chair. There were no screw holes are screws.

It’s soft but firm
I spent two hours putting it together. I had to use my own 1/4” hardware. There are four bolts that mount the seat to the lower assembly. All were loose and would not fully tighten. One was not on and loose in the bag. Because of this I had to comb through it and make sure everything else was as it should be. One of the rails on the side piece was bent. And there was an area in the back that no one will ever see but the fabric was not stapled together well so I will have to clean that up. It’s all in the pictures. Other than that if had not had these problems assembly would have took 30 min.As far as comfort goes it’s too soon for me to comment. I’m hoping it breaks in a little bit. The fabric is nice and soft and the cushions are firm. After a little time I think it will break in.

Great chair but NOT a ROCKER. This chair is in fact a GLIDER. In case that matters to you.
This is a excellent chair construction wise and comfort. A bit more difficult to assemble when it don't come with instructions as mine didn't. But the big problem was that this chair is a pure GLIDER recliner and NOT a ROCKER as advertised. If that is a concern for you then be warned of what you'll be getting. The rocking feature was needed as a way of helping my grandfather get in and out of the chair, the tilting motion helped him get some momentum and he refuses to use a electric one.Having said that, if you are looking for a GLIDING recliner, this is a Excellent choice!
