Yummy Dulse Flakes
Delicious dulse flakes, larger than what I would get at health food stores, thus more flavor and sea salt. Love this product and will buy again. Highly recommend for seaweed lovers.

Heavy metal detox shake!!
It is great, it does have small pieces of things like wood or something but I place my tbsp in a white paper towel to look for it and most of the time is clean, is easy to remove unwanted bits because the flakes are flat and the bits are not.

Great source of iodine, very tasty, great value for the volume. I love it tossed in salads, soups and mixed with rice dishes. 😋

Great value and hard to find elsewhere
This is my favorite soup ingredient! I have a searched multiple stores for decent seaweed and come up empty, or had to settle for a very tiny bag at twice the cost of this of a seaweed that was too chewy really to enjoy. Dulse flakes are my favorite seaweed outside of nori sheets wrapped around futumnaki sushi rolls because they are tender and they hydrate so quickly and soup and really give a nice flavor. I've read about the health benefits of seaweed, including a natural source of iodine, so this is great to have on hand for when I can't find iodized sea salt.

Mmmmm salty umami seaweed. Love it. And plenty of iodine for your daily dose. Great product. Use it as a lovely seasoning on my rice. Who needs salt!

The photo they have which lists the nutritional facts is incorrect. They left out the iodine and wrote that there is a lot of magnesium. I bought it with the hope that there is a lot of iodine and magnesium but there is only 27mg/6%. Flakes themselves taste as you would expect seaweed to taste :)
