I have been to Japan, and Vietnam, and S. Korea. I know what chili's are supposed to be. This is it.They seem very fresh, sealed in bag. Get ready if you're going to take a bite of one. They are very hot, just as they should be. Great Thai Chili flavor. My Vietnamese wife is going to love using these in her recipe's.This 1lb bag is going to last a very long time.Crush them, grind them, throw them in whole. It doesn't take much. Can't wait for my next batch of Beef Pho.

I can't comment on the "authenticity" of this product. I'm not of any Asian heritage, I'm just some guy in the American midwest.They're just, y'know, dried Thai chili peppers. Good for any recipe calling for Thai chili flakes or something along those lines. It's a big package, so it should last a good while, unless you're some psychopath eating them as snacks. Oh, yeah, they're pretty hot. Obviously.

I use this because getting fresh peppers can be hard to cook Thai food. No complaints.

It wasn't made clear what strain of dried Thai chili peppers these are, but they seem to be the ones I was looking for. I also like that the package has a "zipper lock". These are yummy! I have already used them in several meals and am looking forward to making more concoctions with them...

I had some fully dried hot red peppers that were thin walled, dark and fully dried. Night these and they were red and flexible- I don’t know if they will last as long.

Love these and they last forever. I do a lot of Asian cooking and they're perfect for adding heat
