These are awesome. Super well built, inexpensive workhorses. I bought one a while ago for a hydroponic garden and was so impressed that I bought 2 more for an alternate purpose: evaporative cooler pump! These are WAY better than the specialty evaporative cooler pumps and last much longer! Oh, and HALF the cost! Easy to maintain, they have multiple outlet options, replacement parts too.

This has been a great pump! The pump I originally purchased for this fountain was a real pain. We live in the country and have power outages pretty often. If we had an outage when the power came back on the pump would not start. I had to take the fountain apart take the pump a part and manually use a screwdriver push start the impeller! I've been so happy with this pump! I works great and if there's and outage no more headaches! It starts right up when the power comes on!

Purchased for a fountain that someone gave me. I researched to see what GPH size I needed to work properly. Unfortunately it flows too hard and sounds more like a bathtub filling than a nice gentle water feature. I can't turn it down enough to make any difference.

I didn't buy this to use for it's intended use. Simply bought it to see if I could use it in my evaporative cooler. And it works amazingly. At $15 when I this was purchased, versus the $50+ for the normal pump. Such a great deal. I might say it works even better than a normal evaporative cooler pump. Will update next year, as my water has hard scale. That will see how well the durability is.

Used to fill an aquarium with new water, has the prefect lift power to fill an aquarium on a stand. It also self adjusts via valve on the side for smaller aquariums. I had learn from the past to look for fountain pumps. Many so-called aquarium pumps have no lift and just work inside one. This one works for filling during a water change. It may also work for a low drainage pump but never use the same pump for both. Use 2. I only needed 1 replaced.

I like these little pumps they put it work and work for a long time. Have outlasted some of my more expensive pumps by alot

I purchased the VIVOSUN 480GPH to replace My 2nd SICCE Syncra Silent 1.5 (both garbage). I liked the price/performance of the VIVOSUN 480GPH so I ordered a 2nd one for a backup. The 2nd pump I ordered was an obvious return from another customer. The parts bag was a zip lock bag, not a sealed bag and was missing the rubber feet and the 2 rubber o-rings. Not sure if this is an Amazon thing or manufacture thing, but I seem to be getting a lot of someone else's returns instead of new lately. Might be time to start ordering from different sources.

I replaced my conventional eval cooler pump with this one, so far works great. We'll see if it lasts longer than regular pump.

Stopped working after one use followed the instructions exactly left me in a very awkward situation of attempting to fill my aqurium with 10 15 gallon buckets in an hour before work extremely annoyed with this

Have had no issues with the pump. Bonus is that it is quiet.

Pump is small, quiet (660 GPH is my version), and powerful, but the manual says to not use it in salt water. This is contrary to the marketing. Time will tell how long it lasts.

Used in my mini hydroponic system, suction really.

Surprenant pour le prix. L’ajustement de débit sur la pompe semble inefficace par contre.Pompe quand même bruyante.
