Every time I use this product, my hair falls out excessively. I never usually experience much hair loss, but used this shampoo 6 months ago and started noticing a large amount of hair loss. I stopped using the shampoo & conditioner after a few weeks and the hair loss improved, but never subsided completely.However, I was dying my hair tonight and decided to add a bit of conditioner, so I used a bit of this OGX one, simply to get rid of the remainder and also assuming I had perhaps been wrong about it causing hair loss previously and deemed it ultimately to have been stressed related as it never fully stopped. Upon washing my hair out, my hair then began to fall out extensively. As previously stated, it is unusual for my hair to fall out so much especially since I had stopped using this brand.I've used the hairdye multiple times with no hair loss, and the only common denominator is this conditioner! Absolutely do not buy, my hair has never been the same since buying this brand, immediately gone in the bin this time! I know every body's hair is different, but mine will never be the same after purchasing this brand and I'm thoroughly disappointed.
