Does this pillow comfortable enough to relieve my shoulder and back pains when I sleep?

My daughter asked for this to help with her back pain. She is very pleased with it as it gives her legs space and separation when she sleeps on her side plus it hugs her back and holds her heating pad in place for additional back comfort.
